The factory was established in Sharjah –
UAE on 7th April, 1999 according to the Industrial
Licence No. 510612 issued by Economic Development Department.
The activity of Al Shams Food Industries in brief is to
produce and market meat products and poultry products mainly
Kubba Burghul (Kubba Mosul), Rice Kubba, Potato Kubba, meat Sambosak,
cheese Sambosak, Spring Rolls stuffed with vegetables or
chicken, and we also produce Rice Kubba (Kubba Hamoth), Kubba
Labania (Tapsi), Lebanese Kubba
stuffed with meat and pineseeds or with chicken and pineseeds.
We hereby confirm that the shelf life of our products is one
year from production date, due to the fact that
our products are all vacuumed according to the Gulf Standard
Specifications.
The products of
Al-SHAMS FOOD INDUSTRIES known for its high quality because we
use only the best types of raw materials such as meat, poultry,
cheese and vegetables, bearing in mind that all the meat we use is Halal and local
meat
from Sharjah and Dubai Slaughterhouses which are subject to the control of
both Sharjah and Dubai Municipalities and Health Inspection.
AL SHAMS products are distributed all over the United Arab Emirates and
it is available in all large "A & B" Class
Super markets as well as all
cooperative societies.
